Bradford Chorale and the City of Bradford Brass Band jointly hosted a Christmas Concert in Saltaire, raising funds for Marie Curie Cancer Care.

Paul Dewhurst, Musical Director of Bradford Chorale, explained, “The concert was a huge success, and we were delighted to entertain over 170 local people in the beautiful Victoria Hall in Saltaire. We thoroughly enjoyed teaming up with the City of Bradford Brass Band and Marie Curie Cancer Care to provide local residents with a fun-filled and festive evening”.

Dave Harvey, from the local Marie Curie fundraising group, added, “We were delighted to be asked to come and raise funds at the concert as this year’s Lord Mayor’s Appeal chosen charity. All money raised at the concert will go directly back into providing care for terminally ill people in the Bradford area”.
