PROMOTIONAL FEATURE

Experimental jewellery artist Syann van Niftrik's work draws freely on her environment, whether from the natural world or that of human endeavour.

From Friday February 3 to Tuesday February 28 she will be exhibiting at New Ashgate Gallery in Farnham.

Born in South Africa and now living and working in the UK, her interests are wide-ranging and in constant flux.

Syann has taught at London’s Central St Martin’s, Plymouth College of Art and Bournemouth Art College.

She consciously keeps methods simple in order to allow space for the expression of elements of her subconscious, and the response of others to her work.
