Join winter walkies to raise hospice cash

Dog owners are being encouraged to get their wellies on and join winter walkies to raise money for St Clare Hospice.

The event takes place on Sunday January 29, starting at St Clare Hospice in Hastingwood Road, Hastingwood CM17 9JX.

You will go on a lovely walk through the nearby countryside, before coming back to the hospice for a well earned cup of warm soup and hot drink.

Bring your family for a fun New Year stroll and burn off those mince pies! Each year this event gets more and more popular with dogs….and of course their owners!

So come on, grab your wellies - it’s time for walkies!

If you bring your pooch, they too will be rewarded for completing the rural wander with a medal and treats upon their return. There are even prizes for the best dog and for the owners’ best wellies!
