Janine Tillett, a civil servant from Cottam, Preston married Stephen Croston, a self employed plasterer from Goosnargh, at Preston Register Office followed by a reception at The Horns Inn, Goosnargh. Stephen’s daughters Stephanie and Rebecca Croston were Janine’s bridesmaids and son Lewis was usher. The couple returned to their marital home in Cottam after a honeymoon in Edinburgh.
Lindsay Walsh, daughter of Anne and Howard Walsh from Thornley married James Hudson, son of Jen and Peter Hudson from Crakehall, North Yorkshire, at St Lawrence’s Church in Longridge. The ceremony was followed by a reception for 120 guests at The Gibbon Bridge in Chipping. The couple returned to their marital home in Bilsborrow after a honeymoon in Mauritius.
Jennifer Ketley, daughter of Noellene Ketley married Andrew Ingham son of the late Walter and Peggy Ingham at The Shireburn Arms in Hurst Green. The ceremony was followed by a sumptuous wedding breakfast with a speech from best man John Fallows and, as the sun shone, guests were able to take photographs in the hotel gardens. After a night away in Todmorden the couple returned to their marital home in Bamford and are looking forward to a spring honeymoon in Paris.
Helen Dunn, daughter of David and Margaret Dunn from Ashton-under-Lyne married Adam Taylor, son of Evelyn and Peter Taylor from Bury at Holy Trinity Church, Ashton-under-Lyne, followed by a reception at Smokies Park Best Western, Ashton-under-Lyne. The couple will honeymoon in the summer.
Susan Caroline Parker, youngest daughter of Mr and Mrs Thomas Parker from Wrea Green married Azhar Ahmed Khan, son of Mrs Z Khan and the late Mr Ahmed Khan from London. The couple held their Nikah at Annerley Town Hall in South London and followed this with an English wedding at Kasbah Bab Ourika in the Atlas Mountains in Morrocco where they were joined by family and friends. After a honeymoon in Bali the couple returned home and held a reception at The Villa in Wrea Green
