“At Aviator my team and I are inspired by fresh, locally produced foods, and our menu presents a variety of seasonal dishes. I am very proud of our A la Carte menu, which this month sees some wonderful dishes that celebrate the game season. Autumn is one of the most exciting times in the culinary year, with an abundance of brassicas, roots and fruits that can all be used to complement our beautiful local Blackmoor game. Our aim is to create intimate yet informal dining, displaying a distinctly English style.”
