Industry experts show us how to re-create some of the glamorous catwalk looks into gorgeous looks for your Christmas party
Prep the hair by blasting it with the Catwalk by TIGI Session Series Dry Shampoo from roots to end so the hair gains added texture. Next spray with Catwalk by TIGI Session Series Work it Hairspray and roll hair section by section using heated rollers. Once the rollers have set, use a Mason Pearson brush and backcomb all the hair until it looks fluffy with a low side parting. To finish blast with dry shampoo again, even more so at the roots to create a greyish root for a trashy look.
Refresh the hair with Catwalk by TIGI Sesson Series Transforming Dry Shampoo and the cover the crown with Catwalk by TIGI Your Highness Root Boost to give it volume and depth. next use pins to curl the hair and once set spray with Catwalk by TIGI Sleek Mystique Look Lock Hairspray and brush the wave out. In the back, low volume was created by loosening and randomly pulling out shorter pieces. The ponytail was smoothed through with Catwalk by TIGI Curlesque Defining Serum.
For these sultry party looks use Paul Mitchell Sculpting Foam on towel dried hair for enhanced volume, lush condition and shine. Blow-dry with a Pro Tools Express Ion Round Brush - the smaller the brush, the more of a curl you will achieve. Finally, tong large and medium sections with the Paul Mitchell Ion Curl 1.0 for added texture. Shake out and finish with Extra Body Finishing Spray to make your look last.
Redheads have never been so popular. Celebs and models are leading the way, many opting for flawless strawberry blondes, warm coppers, rich auberns to hot sexy reds. Natural redheads are sporting cool coppers, sunkissed highlights or just simply loving their fiery looks.
To create this ultra glam voluminous look start by taking two inch wide section from the nape of the neck working towards the crown. Prep with Paul Mitchell Hot off The Press to protect the hair and give it staying power. Curl sections using the Paul Mitchell Express Ion Curl XL 1.25. Finish by spraying the waves with Hold Me Tight for a firm flexible finish. Apply some Gloss Drops to hands and run through lightly with fingertips to create an even distribution
