About the competition 

To celebrate the release of the new movie, 'Meet the Parents: Little Fockers', (at cinemas December 22nd, cert TBC) we are offering one lucky person the chance to win a state of the art Canon Digital SLR Camera worth £989.99 (price of November 2010) 

To be in with the chance of winning, simply upload a photograph that represents Winter for you.

You may choose to send in a photograph of a beautiful snowy scene, your family enjoying Christmas Day, winter wildlife, your favourite warming winter meal, a photograph taken on a winter walk - anything related to the Winter category will be accepted.

You can enter as many images as you like by simply clicking on the red 'Add Photo' button below and above.

This is a photographic competition that is open to everyone and all areas of photography.

About Meet the Parents: Little Fockers
The test of wills between Jack Byrnes (Robert De Niro) and Greg Focker (Ben Stiller) escalates to new heights of comedy in the third instalment of the blockbuster series—Little Fockers.  Laura Dern, Jessica Alba and Harvey Keitel join the returning all-star cast for a new chapter of the worldwide hit franchise.

It has taken 10 years, two little Fockers with wife Pam (Polo) and countless hurdles for Greg to finally get “in” with his tightly wound father-in-law, Jack.  After the cash-strapped dad takes a job moonlighting for a drug company, however, Jack’s suspicions about his favorite male nurse come roaring back.

When Greg and Pam’s entire clan—including Pam’s lovelorn ex, Kevin (Owen Wilson)—descends for the twins’ birthday party, Greg must prove to the sceptical Jack that he’s fully capable as the man of the house.  But with all the misunderstandings, spying and covert missions, will Greg pass Jack’s final test and become the family’s next patriarch…or will the circle of trust be broken for good?

Terms and Conditions
This competition closes Monday 28th February 2011.
This competition is open to residents of Great Britain only.
The photograph must be taken in Great Britain.
Ten finalists will be picked from the images submitted, and their photographs will be placed in a poll. Viewers will then be able to vote for their favourite photograph in the poll.
The poll will be online no later than Wednesday 9th March 2011.
The winner will be announced on Thursday 31st March 2011.
The winner will win a Canon EOS 550D SLR Camera Inc 18-55mm and 55-250mm Lens Kit along with a SanDisk SDHC 16GB Memory card.

  I adore photography and I am never without my camera . People love my picture movies that I make for them of their special events. My son is getting married soon and I am going to take most of the pictures . So a wonderful camera would be fantastic for their special day.

  I consider myself to have a great camera but it has taken several years for me to produce what I consider to be a good photograph and doesn't mean I consider myself to be a great photographer either. Anyone can have a great camera, it doesn't mean that they can take a good image. It takes a good eye for the right composition and interest, the right exposure for the light and good detail in both the shadows and the highlights, this can only be learnt through practice and in my case lots and lots of help and crritique by fellow photographers - I still have SO much to learn. Equally then a superb photograph can be taken by someone who has the cheapest point and shoot camera, it's the person who makes the image not the camera, in my humble opinion!   I'm a simple amateur photographer. I've entered a few photos on here for the first time and I hope you appreciate them. Photography is becoming a passion for me and I've always dreamed of owning a DSLR camera but never have because the price is just way out of my league. Fingers crossed that I win this one!

  There are some truly superb submissions in this competition, but at times i am at a loss as to whether it actually is a photography competition or one in which people can show just how well they are able to use their pc apps !?!. Good luck to all though, this is probably the best comp i've seen yet.
