Spring is in the air on Partridge Farm!!

Spring is definately in the air on Partridge Farm this weekend! Our Oxford Down Sheep and their leaping lambs have started to go out into the field in the warm sunshine. Wev'e put some arcs in the corner of the field for them to cuddle up in when the night gets colder!! They are loving it outside and the lambs have been leaping around all over the field. The Aberdeen Angus cattle are watching them with jealousy from their cattleyard! Although hopefully it won't be much longer before they are out too.

We have been having a crazily busy time here over the past month. Our new barn is almost complete now. TJI Constructions have done an amazing job and have been working really hard to get it all complete. I have been taking lots of photos which i shall put up next time. The thatch is looking very smart and almost finished. Ian Bostridge & Jake have been working flat out, and are well away now the weather is being kinder!! We deivered our fresh rare breed Large Black pork last Friday and have new customers this month who were very happy with their pork orders, our next delivery day for fresh bacon, sausages and pork cuts will be Friday 1st April and if anyone is interested in ordering have a look at our website: www.partridgefarmtiverton.com  It wont be long before our butchery is up and running !!
