New Year New Me

2012 has started off as a rather busy year for me, how about you? My plans to start my detox haven't quite gone to plan, but I have now got a clear mind and I'm starting my detox as of tomorrow (1.2.12). I will be blogging about how I'm getting on on here as well as through the Never Alone charity blog, www.neveralone.org.uk. Any support, advice, encouragement etc... is greatly appreciated, and if you have undergone a detox please do share how you got on and feel. Thank you.....

Ok so I promised you all a recipe for a really delicious salad, yes I know it sounds strange to say that a salad is tasty, but I promise you this one really is, think it may be the mixture and the dressing. So take a look and give it a go.
Raw Foods First Update

So as my previous blog mentioned I am on a raw foods diet, or as I like to think of it eating healthy, because if I say the word diet, I start to panic and crave all the foods that actually I don't necessarily enjoy, and just make me feel more down, and lethargic. I then eat these foods and the next day feel really hungry a lot quicker than normal, because I haven't put any good nutrients into my body.
