300 students from Hertfordshire take part in Schools Festival

As part of the Lee Valley White Water Centre’s School Festival, 300 students from 22 schools across Hertfordshire (Broxbourne, East Hertfordshire, Three Rivers, Welwyn and Hatfield, St. Albans, Watford, Hertsmere and Dacorum), tackled the fast-flowing rapids on the 300m Olympic Standard Competition Course at Lee Valley White Water Centre, the only brand new London 2012 venue people can use and enjoy before the Games.
