Thoughts of food enter my mind more times in one day than I care to mention - from eating it to having to clean it off the walls. I have spent the past seven months working at ‘The Cartford Inn’, Little Eccleston, and I'd like to share my truly valued experiences whether they be good, bad or absolutely hideous (although there hasn’t been many of those - yet).

Andrew, Claire, their two children, a cat and a dog moved here in September 2007 taking on a tenancy at Rempstone Farm on the Isle of Purbeck. We set up the farm from scratch, Andrew having managed farms for years beforehand, but this is different, we saved 20 years for this...this is ours! We have our ups and downs but hey - its is all worth it and all in one of the most beautiful places in the world!
