The masters of cupcakes serve their incredible no frills, delicious afternoon tea in their Spinningfields store. You can treat yourself with their yummy menu full of cupcake shaped finger sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and jam, miniature cupcakes and chocolate covered strawberries. Sunset by Australasia
Sunset is the new feature of the Australasia restaurant which was formerly the Bar and Terrace area that opens in early August. They serve 'an Exotic Asian influenced take on afternoon tea' from midday to 6pm.

Menagerie
Just over the bridge on the other side of the River Irwell, trendy Menagerie have introduced their take on afternoon tea which you can enjoy in their impressive surroundings. You can choose between a classic English Afternoon Tea or their signature 'Menagerie Afternoon Tea' which includes tasty treats like mac 'n' cheese, sliders and Applewood smoked chicken. Both afternoon teas include a sparkling glass of Moët & Chandon Brut and an assiette of cakes.

Great John Street Hotel
Just a short walk from Spinningfields, Great John Street Hotel is a boutique townhouse hotel that serves up a luxury afternoon tea. They offer a Ladies Afternoon Tea which includes so many mouth-watering treats such as a selection of delicate finger sandwiches filled such as lemon chicken & mayonnaise, a three tier stand full of light, crusty scones and rich clotted cream and a variety of tempting homemade cakes and pastries including, cherry panna cotta, orange cheesecake, frangipane and pistachio profiteroles. Café Rylands is located in Manchester's stunning The John Rylands Library. The Refinery
The Refinery is a stylish bar and restaurant that is a Drake and Morgan establishment and a stablemate of The Anthologist on St Peter's Square. They've recently introduced an Afternoon Tea menu to their extensive food offering.
