The Water's Edge Restaurant at The Greenbank Hotel boasts a menu full of locally landed fresh fish, succulent local meats and luscious seasonal vegetables and fruits grown and reared on their doorstep, from artisan breads and cheeses, to foraged foods plucked from Cornish hedgerows. Readers loved the location and said the staff here are knowledgeable and efficient.
