The Terrace restaurant at Gwel an Mor, Portreath has welcomed new chef Joe Lado.
Expect tapas, sharing platters and sunsets across the sea, from the new menu devised by the Spanish-born, but classically French-trained Joe, who has taken influences from his heritage in North West Spain and put together a menu that will delight the senses and warm the cockles.
Joe joined Gwel an Mor having worked at a number of prestigious Cornish hotels, as well as the Tate Modern in London.
