The Flour Pot Bakery

After years of working in the catering business, founder Oli Hyde brought his passion for artisan baking to The Flour Pot Bakery. All their Brighton and Hove stores are open seven days a week and you can expect plenty of fresh bread and pastries at the flagship store in Sydney Street. Stop by at lunch for a filled baguette, ciabatta roll or pastrami sandwich.
