There are not many places we haven't heard of when it comes to food and drink outlets in our local area, but hidden away on the edge of the Hamble in Universal Marina, Bistro 8 has managed to slip under our radar.
The Greyhound on the Test, Stockbridge
The accolades that this place has won since then are many and well-deserved. They include Michelin pub of the year, Test Valley business of the year, two AA rosettes for the restaurant and four AA rosettes for the accommodation…but the list really does go on.
