And if you're wondering where the Flying Fish name came from... the beautiful Caribbean island of Barbados is well known as the land of the flying fish, due to their abundance in the crystal clear aquamarine waters of the tropical sea and with one of the owners being a Barbadian and his wife and daughter honorary Barbadians, it was an easy choice to make.
