Nothing makes a business stand out more than excellent customer service, no matter the size of the company in question. We present to you our finalists for the Outstanding Customer Service award 2017.
The Green Rooms, Godstone“Being nominated for the outstanding customer service is actually really special and to make it to the top three is pretty amazing,” says owner Sylvia Crimi. “When we first opened The Green Rooms it was quite daunting going up to people we’ve never met, so we told ourselves that everyone’s a friend. Fast forward five years and we know names, family members and their friends. Our motto is ‘eat, relax and enjoy’ which we hope starts from the moment that you walk in. A huge thank you to everyone that voted for us for this year’s Surrey Life Food & Drink Awards!”
‘What an honour to have reached the final for this category,” says managing director, Richard Young. “At Great Fosters we have always been keen to provide a warm welcome with outstanding levels of service without being stuffy or pretentious. The building can appear rather imposing and we are keen to ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable yet still receive impeccable service. Our professional, yet friendly approach is frequently commented on in reviews and we take great pride in the fact that this sets us apart from other similar properties.”
The Dorking Butchery, Dorking “The whole team here works so hard and so to be appreciated by our customers like this keeps us focused on what we do,” say company directors, Gary Core and Alex Emmett. “We are so fortunate to be well supported by a loyal customer base and being in the final three of two categories at these awards is recognition from them. It was a risk opening a new butchery last year, although by staying true to our values and using the very best of local produce we are flattered to now be named among the best in Surrey.”
