This fruity Christmas cocktail is an uplifting and light choice for festive celebrations.
Ingredients
37.5 ml White Rum
37.5 ml Green apple liqueur
12.5 ml Cinnamon syrup
75 ml Fresh lime
Method
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice and shake vigorously
Fine strain into a coupette glass
Garnish with thin slice of apple sprinkled with cinnamon
