The Cranbrook woman who inspired Joanna Lumley to champion the Gurkha Justice Campaign in 2008 has teamed up with ex-Gurkha chef Pemba Lama to produce The Ultimate Nepalese Cook Book

Try a Gurkha cookbook this Christmas!

Annie Watsham , the ‘mystery woman’ from Cranbrook, who suggested Joanna Lumley’s involvement with the Gurkha Justice Campaign in 2008, has teamed up with ex-Gurkha chef Pemba Lama to produce The Ultimate Nepalese Cook Book, due to be published in time for Christmas.

The Kent-based team of award-winning chef Nicci Gurr, designer Gavin Ambrose, design assistant Louise Watsham and photographer Tony Jones have worked on this exciting project with a unique ‘twist’ in the tail – Nicci has added fusion recipes using home-grown Apache chillies and Nepalese tea!

This is a unique book offering simple Nepalese and fusion recipes for a healthy lifestyle. Thoroughly recommended.
