1. Quad Bike Safari

Quad biking is one of the most exciting things you can do and at Extreme West, located deep in the heart of the Devon woodlands, is a perfect location for it. 4. Scuba Diving

There’s nothing quite like a blast of aqua adrenaline to shake up your weekend and at the Teign Diving Centre in Teignmouth, Devon you will be taught by PADI trained experts, in an in-house pool, how to swim to fascinating depths of the oceans. The Go Ape centre situated just 15 minutes outside of Exeter, boasts an incredible 235m zip wire, flying you from hilltop to hilltop. You are briefed on all safety procedures so you’re ready to fly down the zip-wires, leap off Tarzan Swings and tackle high ropes in Haldon Forest, one of Britain’s most beautiful forests. 7. Kayaking

The roar of the rapids and the constant struggle to stay upright, kayaking along the River Dart is not for the faint hearted. Water Zorbing has only been around for a few years but the thrill of walking on water whilst keeping completely dry has led it to become one of the most popular water sports. The ultimate high zorbing sessions are held just outside of Abbotsham in North Devon and are five minutes in length, which doesn’t seem like a lot but is plenty of time to get the heart racing.
