Cheshire's top-performing tourism businesses were announced at the prestigious Visit Chester and Cheshire Annual Awards evening.

Cheshire’s top-performing tourism businesses were announced at the prestigious Visit Chester and Cheshire Annual Awards evening. The black tie event, hosted by BBC presenter Ranvir Singh, celebrated the best of the region’s tourism establishments which offer excellent customer service and have achieved success within their field, including in the food and drink sector.

Winners included 1539 Restaurant and Bar who took away the Taste of Cheshire Award, Residence Restaurant and Bar was awarded Food and Drink Venue of the Year, Harrop Fold Farm for Bed and Breakfast of the Year, The Alexandra Court Hotel and Restaurant won Small Hotel of the Year with Carden Park Hotel taking home the Excellence in Business Tourism gong. The event was held at Chester Racecourse, who also won the Best Tourism Website of the Year Award.
