Get ready for the Royal Wedding! Museum manager Ann Wise looks at wedding dresses since 1800, worn by royal brides and the not so rich. From 10.30am to noon.

TALK: YURI GAGARIN – A CELEBRATION

April 12 sees the 50th anniversary of a momentous step in human history - the first man in space. Yuri Gagarin took off from the Baikonur cosmodrome on 12th April 1961 and returned safely to earth. Join people across the world celebrating ‘Yuri's Night’ by coming to a talk given by Terry Ransome and discover why Yuri is Terry's hero. Terry visited the Baikonur Cosmodrome in 2003, explored Yuri's house there, and was inspired to research more about the events that led up to this amazing achievement. From 7.30 to 9pm.
