Rochester Cathedral's choir returns for the ever-popular Christmas Carol Concert - a highlight of the festive season. Includes performances by the Rochester Cathedral Choristers and the Children's Choir.

- Canterbury (14 Dec)

Come and celebrate by singing some Christmas classics with old favourites and a few less familiar carols. The programme also features Canterbury Choral Society Youth Choir and the Festival Brass Ensemble and will include Once in Royal David's City, The Shepherd's Farewell and See amid the Winter's Snow. Children in the audience will be invited to come forward to sing on stage.

- Maidstone (14 Dec)

The Maidstone Choral Society will help you get into the festive mood with a performance of Wassail by Alexander L'Estrange as well as tackling some more traditional carols that the audience can also join in with.

- Tenterden (14 Dec)

The Kent Police Male Voice Choir returns to Tenterden with a concert to raise funds for Canterbury Oast Trust, which supports adults with a learning disability through providing homes, training and opportunities.

- Hempstead Valley (15 Dec)

Stores will close at 4pm, and the Marks & Spencer Mall will be transformed into a venue to host a carol concert. The Medway Band will provide the musical accompaniment, local churches including Parkwood Christian Fellowship and school children from Deanwood Primary School, Rainham will also be taking part.

- Tunbridge Wells (19 Dec)

Maverick musician, guitarist and songwriter Richard Durrant likes to view the festive season through a pagan as well as a Christian prism. With the help of singer Amy Kakoura and master fiddler Nick Pynn, the audience can enjoy virtuoso guitar solos, the oldest song in the Oxford Book of Carols, Breton folk, British fiddle tunes and some well-chosen chart curiosities.
