More than �32,000 was raised for Claire House Children’s Hospice at an All That Glitters Ball staged in the Floral Hall, Southport.
David Barron, of Barron Financial Solutions, organised the evening which brought the total raised during his charity events for the hospice to more than �178,000.
David and wife Laura were joined by more than 500 guests, including Hollyoaks stars Gemma Merna and Jennifer Metcalfe and former Manchester United FA Cup winner Lee Martin. Artist Michael Raivard came from Perpignan to create on stage a painting of John Lennon. It raised �4,000.Photography by Craig Galloway
