An attempt at a Guinness World Record for the largest mascot gathering, currently 166 at a venue in Germany, will take place at Kempton Park racecourse in Sunbury-on-Thames this May

An attempt at a Guinness World Record for the largest mascot gathering, currently 166 at a venue in Germany, will take place at Kempton Park racecourse in Sunbury-on-Thames this May.

Taking place on Bank Holiday Monday May 7, the 13th Mascot Grand National - an annual race held over hurdles between mascots of football and other sports teams - will draw competitors from across the UK, all taking part to fundraise for charity.
