Whipping the covers off a brand-new Lotus this month, Lipscomb Cars in Aylesford invited a select crowd to the unveiling of the brand's most important car for years.

The Evora, fresh from the London Motor Show, was unveiled as onlookers viewed a film about the car's development and testing.Due to hit our roads next year, five orders have already been taken for the four-seater sports car, which marks a real departure for Lotus.With a 3.5 litre V6, the Evora is expected to eventually be offered as a convertible and, judging by the 'S' versions of the current Elise and Exige, don't be surprised to see a supercharged version following shortly.
