Lower Slaughter Manor celebrated being decorated with a Third AA Rosette with a lunch for a select gathering. Under the guidance of the talented new head chef Stuart Ralston, Lower Slaughter Manor has achieved a well deserved third rosette which puts the Sixteen58 Restaurant into the top 10 per cent of restaurants in the country. Prior to Stuart’s appointment at Lower Slaughter Manor he had worked in New York for the last four years for Gordon Ramsay, mainly at his 2 Michelin star restaurant, but also staged with Jean George Vongerichten and Marcus Samuelsson. Lower Slaughter Manor is an enchanting 17th century manor house located in the beautiful village of Lower Slaughter. It stands in lovely landscaped grounds next to the historic church.
