Whether spending a weekend getaway on the North Norfolk coast or buying a holiday home, Mundesley Holiday Village has the option for you
Mundesley Holiday Village, sitting high on the cliff top and commanding one of the best views of the coastline in North Norfolk, it's a place not to be missed. However, it's easy to do so! Its quiet and tranquil location sees it positioned just off the main road between Mundesley and Bacton: head down a pretty driveway which then opens up to the holiday village.
Purchased in 2014 by local businessman Timothy Hay, it has transformed from a quirky, traditional holiday camp into an exclusive home away from home lodge park.
It has a fabulous blend of holiday bungalows and holiday cottages converted from the previous chalets plus stunning lodges, some with hot tubs for true indulgence and the more luxurious lodges, right on the cliff top with views over the North Norfolk Coastline and surrounding countryside.
The transformation hasn't stopped with just accommodation. The water tower has been turned into a plush spa and beauty facility with treadmill, weights and other gym equipment just in case you want to continue your fitness or beauty regimes whilst you're away.
The previous entertainment area will soon be developed into 'Field View', an area of the site which will house around 18 holiday lodges, some with roof terraces and most with hot tubs, so a games room has been created offering a space to play snooker, table tennis or board games… or just to put your feet up and read the paper.
The site is open 12 months of the year, although not available as a residential site, and has a range of opportunities. The bungalows and lodges can be rented out as holiday accommodation and they work closely with Hoseasons to support you.
Alternatively you can purchase a holiday home and keep it just for yourself to enjoy.

So what has really made Mundesley Holiday Village the most talked about holiday lodge site in North Norfolk? Undeniably the arrival of the luxury lodges for the Sea View Development.
Currently consisting of four lodges, one of which was purchased before it had even arrived on site, Sea View is a stunning collection of exquisite holiday homes, one of which has been designed by Linda Barker, TV Celebrity interior designer. Known as The Nirvana and manufactured by Lissett Homes, Linda is delighted to have worked with Mundesley Holiday Village to provide such a wonderful lodge in such a stunning setting.
The Navigator lodge offers an elegant and modern feel with a fabulous roof terrace providing the most amazing views around the coastline, sea and countryside.
The Dovecote lodge has very homely and warm feel and with the large decking area accessed by bi-fold doors it's the perfect place to sit and enjoy the surroundings with a glass of wine, or over breakfast.
Priced from just £240,000 these lodges are truly something to be seen to appreciate their quality and luxury feel.
