The annual High Sheriff's party was hosted by Richard Oldfield, High Sheriff of Kent, and his wife, Amicia in the glorious setting of their gardens at - Doddington Place.
Some 300 guests enjoyed delicious drinks and canap�s while they took the opportunity to walk around the grounds, especially famous for their stunning display of rhododendrons.Among the guests were the newly elected Mayors and their escorts, many of the county's senior legal figures and representatives from the police, prison and probation services. There were alsoa good number of past High Sheriffs.Other guests included The Lord Lieutenant of Kent, Allan Willett andhis wife Anne, The Right Honourable Michael Howard MP and his wife Sandra, Lord and Lady Kingsdown and Sir Robert and Lady Worcester.
