Edward Prophet and his fianc�e Rachel Pickup and their families have relaunched the former pub as a smart dining venue with en-suite accommodation. The family has been in the hospitality business nearly 100 years, The Amblehurst Hotel in Sale, was run by Edward’s father Michael Prophet. The Normanhurst Hotel in Brooklands is still run by his grandfather Len Prophet.
