Using the magic of Google Street View and YouTube it’s easier than ever to bring Surrey’s most iconic locations to your screen

Painshill Park

As it’s such a popular spot for photographers there are numerous 360-degree views that can be enjoyed through Google Maps. The one we’ve featured below is from the Turkish Tent but you can also look around the Crystal Grotto, the Ruined Abbey, the Gothic Tower and more.

Walking tour of Richmond

Even though Richmond is now technically a part of Greater London, for centuries this spot on the Thames sat within the borders of our wonderful county. This walking tour takes you from the town centre out to St Helena Pier.

The Sculpture Park

Based near Churt, the park features a number of unique sculptures placed amongst this atmospheric patch of woodland. There are 650 different pieces for you to spot throughout the area, many of which are available to buy.

Frensham Ponds

Just down the road from the Sculpture Park you’ll find this pair of ponds that were established in the 13th century to provide water to Farnham Castle. Today wildlife thrives on, off and in the water while you also get stunning vistas like the one below.
