Run by Gemma Elizabeth Conway, Cotswold Cottage Gems scooped the Multi-Property Wizard Award last year at the prestigious eviivo awards, Britain’s premier hospitality awards.
Starting with one cottage in May 2018, the holiday company now owns seven luxurious cottages located across the Cotswolds including Stow on the Wold, Lechlade and Cold Aston, plus The Lansdowne, a 14-bedroom boutique guesthouse which serves breakfast, in Bourton on the Water.
Gemma has overseen the development of each of the properties using local Cotswold trades and creating their distinctive, high end look.
Gemma Elizabeth explains: ‘Our bespoke concierge service is there for guests to ensure they have a fabulous stay in the Cotswolds. It includes arranging personal chefs to cook meals at the cottages and making local bookings, and I’ve even been known to drive guests to local pubs and collect them at the end of the evening. All part of the service!’
