Meet Jane Elizabeth Halstead a fully qualified personal trainer and gym instructor who is a self-confessed fitness fanatic with a passion for running and swimming.

She has more than 20 years experience in the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor in gyms and as a personal trainer working with people with different goals and aspirations.

Burton Salmon Fitcamp caters for small groups of up to eight clients oneach course run by a team of health professionals ready to give theencouragement, information and expert advice needed to change your lifestyle for the better.

‘We’ll help you develop a more positive relationship with exercise and nutrition making sure your results are sustainable for a healthier lifestyle,’ said Jane. ‘It’s goodbye to yo-yo and faddy diets that just don’t work and hello to long term weight loss and fitness success.’

And you don’t have to train like a soldier to lose weight and get in shape. ‘Our fitcamp does not adopt a boot-camp training programme. We help you reach your short and long term goals through a sustainable weight loss and fitness programme. In Fitcamp your challenge is to take your body to its limits.
