The Claremont Grass Roots team recently represented the school at the first NSEA show of the year at Royal Leisure Centre, West Sussex
In the first class, Claremont pupils came 5th and 9th. They then competed as a team in the 50cm taking a creditable 1st place and finishing 2nd in the 60cm team event. This fantastic result has qualified them for the championships in November. They were all placed as individuals too and showed great team spirit. A Year 7 pupil then won both the 70cm classes, on her new mount, and another came 8th in the RPL 70cm.
