Tarporley-based Abi Fisher launched her Exclusive Collection of clothing in 2011 and offers ladies, through private appointment, access to clothing and style advice that cannot easily be found on the high street.
Monday
Woke up in SW London, had a lovely catch up with my sister over dinner at Gymkhana last night - had a run along Southbank ready to start the day at 8.00am.
Breakfast: cucumber, spinach and apple shake.
Start off at the Sanderson Hotel; first buying appointment for AW15 with my team - to see one of our suppliers from Italy. New staff member on board, opportunity to introduce her to the fashion buying industry.
Today we will be selecting key pieces for everyone’s wardrobe, something new and inspiring – clients to see something they’ve not seen before, constantly trying to team pieces from multiple labels to create the perfect look. Keeping 1 trend colour at the forefront of each buy.
Monday evening: Eurostar to Paris!
Had supper at Fish La Bolssonnerie in St Germian – Bisto – my favourite! (Abi)

Tuesday
We are at Tranoi - Palais de la Bourse, Paris! We like to attend the Tranoi preview shows as well as the main show to watch key labels to edit the collections with our client base.
We will be seeking out new international brands: Keeping 1 trend colour from yesterday’s buy at the forefront of our minds…
Tip: next winter is all about Colbalt Blue and Navy; making sure that we are finding the right piece at the right price always with our clients in mind.
We will be attending Showroom appointments: where they indulge you with the latest trendy new food ideas – which means we pile on the calories over lunch with the showroom team!Every item is tried on to ensure it has the perfect fit and style.
Reading: Drapers and WGSN, trend forecasting and keeping up with latest trends bearing this in mind at the appointments.
Wednesday
Early Eurostar back to London and then travel back to Cheshire for a Charity Ladies Lunch.
On the train: catching up on all the paperwork from the buying trip, matching up all the images we taken of each item we have bought, categorising this and updating Social Media so our clients are the first to gain a sneak preview.
The office is busy at the moment - new SS15 Season Stock arriving in, currently merchandising in the showroom with the new collection!
Had a wonderful day showing some of the new collection at the at the Charity Ladies Lunch and Fashion Show, it was great to see existing clients and also some new faces.
Thursday
Another busy day with client appointments in the Showroom at Abi Fisher, we love introducing everyone to the new season’s collection!
Have an event on this evening: Shopping Experience – 12 ladies attending the Showroom for shopping, champagne and nibbles
Busy day merchandising and getting everything ready.. the flower delivery arrives for this evening…. catering delivery arrives, champagne on chill etc.. it’s all happening!
New stock arriving, straight into the Showroom.. etc..
Friday
Another busy day with client appointments, lovely to introduce our new seasons key pieces to everyone..
Couple of meetings in the diary today, we are in the process of launching our e-commerce site… making our collection available to everyone all of the time – busy working ladies etc… in the process of sending stock off to be photographed, collating images and building the website.. (expand)
And also looking to create and introduce our own label, meeting with a potential new scarf supplier later, all very exciting! w
