I love separates: trousers, jeans, tops, waistcoat, jacket and of course, heels. I always prefer casual rather than formal dressing.

What's your favourite high street shop?

I don't have one shop I favour, as I prefer to vary my look. I'm very much a 'see-it-like-it' shopper.

Tell us who your favourite designer is - even if you're only able to admire their clothes on the super-rich.

I don't have one favourite designer as I have several different looks, depending on which 'me' I want to project. I love to mix designer with high street.

Most recent purchase you're thrilled with.

It's bit sad, but a pair of white cotton cargoes simply because it means summer is here and I can go out in jeans and a t-shirt.

Who do you regard as the most stylish man and woman of the last 100 years? Vivienne Westwood because she was way ahead of her time and so different. She is unique.

Which hair and beauty products are in your bathroom?

Decleor cleanser and toner, Original Source hair products and GHD hair straighteners.

What perfume do you wear?

I wear a different one every day, but my favourite at the moment is Royal Water by Creed.

Which beauty product would you be lost without?

My Touche Eclat by YSL. It's fantastic.

Tell us about the last occasion you stepped out feeling utterly gorgeous.

I was a finalist at the First Women Awards event in London and it was a great excuse for a real 'dress up'. I wore a long strappy dress and killer heels.

Are you a gym body?

When guilt at not going wins, yes. I try to go once a week at least and then reward myself by having a steam afterwards. It's where all my best ideas arise. Love Those Shoes was a steam room idea and now it's the number one destination for health and wellness footwear. Naturally, I wear trainers that burn more calories than normal shoes.

What's your favourite salon beauty treatment?

A massage.

Do you have a beauty tip you swear by?

Always drink plenty of water.
