Cheshire yoga and spiritual person Tabitha Cohen is opening a flagship yoga studio in September 2012, under the brand ‘Yoga in Cheshire’, in the picturesque village of Stockton Heath in South Warrington.
This further enhancing the existing and diverse urban benefits that the village already boasts, which includes restaurants; wine bars; designer boutiques and beauty salons a plenty.
The new studio, based on Chapel Lane, is the first of its kind in Stockton Heath and will provide a friendly, knowledgeable environment in which students can begin or develop their yoga practice, in a variety ofscheduled classes, tailored to meet all levels of experience.
From beginner to expert Yogi, taught by professional yoga teachers, including Tabitha. For those wishing to try alternative therapies Yoga inCheshire also has a dedicated reflexologist and acupuncturist based at the studio and students who wish to push themselves that bit harder can work with their own personal trainer, a bona fide WarringtonWolves Player no less
The Studio aims to cover a variety of disciplines and even boasts a ‘Yogi Shop’ where students can treat themselves to yoga essentials and pampering products.
Speaking about the launch of her new studio Tabitha said “This is such an exciting time for Yoga in Cheshire, having run classes at various North West locations over the past years it will be a delight to finally have my own dedicated space. Here I can offer a welcoming environment for both new and experienced students to explore different classes and experiences.

Modern day life can lead to tension, stress and inflexibility, both mentally and physically, and yoga can allow people to adapt better to thesestresses and feel more comfortable in body and mind.”
Yoga in Cheshire also runs monthly charity events, where yoga students can donate as little or as much as they wish to an appointed charity, which changes every month.
This year Yoga in Cheshire has raised nearly �2,700 for various charities, including Macmillan Cancer Support; Alzheimer’s, Christies; Giving Africa; Sports Relief; RNLI, breast cancer research and funds for a dedicated baby ICU at Warrington Hospital, to name but a few.
