The independent health club, which opened eight years ago, has a fully equipped gym, indoor swimming pool and spa with a herbal sauna, salt vapour room and outdoor heated vitality pool.
Now it has opened the Revive treatment rooms offering a full range of indulgent, pampering treatments. It uses face and body products from the marine cosmetics company Thalgo - try the Thalgo marine algae wrap, £70, to improve circulation, metabolism and relieve aches and pains as well as improving skin conditions such as eczema. Or for a quick skin pick-me-up, there’s the Thalgo discovery facial – a 30-minute treatment, £30, leaving your face refreshed, relaxed and glowing. The centre offers a number of packages combining the use of the spa facilities with the Revive treatment rooms, starting at £39.
