What would you say are the key trends for this season? The basic silhouette this season is neat and tailored with a softly shaped shoulder line. The key accents are animal prints and metallic trims, which can be as subtle or extreme as you dare. Luxury yarns and fabrics like cashmere and silk in primary colours are also being worn as rich highlights to set off a neutral palette. Here, we specialise in ensuring woman from size 12–24 can always find great, fashionable and flattering clothes.

Which do you think will be your best-selling item this month? The Anna Scholz richly-printed silk tunics are very popular. They are so glamorous and extremely flattering.

What are your three hottest brands/labels in the store? It’s hard to pick just three – however, Basler’s designer collection, MYBC, is great for fabulous tailoring; NYD jeans because they fit and flatter everyone; and Yoek for individual style and statement pieces.

Is there a particular celebrity’s style you admire and why? There are two that stand out for me: Nigella Lawson and Kirstie Allsopp. Both are curvaceous and confident and dress with great individual style.
