MANCHESTER SONG FESTIVAL
This event returns with three headliners and a chance for local singers to participate and learn from professionals. Jazz singer Cleveland Watkiss kickstarts the festival with VocalSuite, a concert blending voice and technology. Classical tenor Mark Padmore will take audiences on a journey through the works of 20th-century British composers and Korean opera star Hera Hyesang Park closes the festival. CHESHIRE DRAMA FESTIVAL
A weekend of one-act plays at Chester Little Theatre. As part of the All-England Drama Festival, it brings together talented theatre groups, directors, actors and writers. NANTWICH JAZZ, BLUES AND MUSIC FESTIVAL
Started more than a quarter of a century ago by the late Phillip Martin, proprietor of the Crown Hotel, the festival has been instrumental in giving the stage notjustto well-known bands, butlocal artistes who relish the opportunity to perform too. Nantwich, Cheshire, nantwichjazz.com

CHESHIRE FOOD FESTIVAL
A foodie paradise is coming to Walton Hall and Gardens. Building on the success of last year, there will be more than 70 traders, food and bars. The festival will use the refurbished riding stables to house the food producer stalls, with hot food and other stalls around the park and infront ofthehall. THE RHS URBAN SHOW
Depot Mayfield will transform into an urban grower’s paradise full of small-space gardening inspiration to encourage and inspire city dwellers to grow plants for indoor and outdoor spaces. SANDBACH TRANSPORT FESTIVAL
Celebrate the town’s transport heritage with a variety of vehicles from classic cars to modern classics, to planes. CHESTER FOLK FESTIVAL
This annual celebration of folk and dancing returns to Kelsall. Look out for the popular Youth Room, open to young musicians aged 10 to 21–a place to learn tunes, try out arrangements and collaborate. CHESHIRE CLASSIC CAR & MOTORCYCLE SHOW
The estate is a firm favourite with exhibitors and visitors and provide a perfect setting for a display of classic vehicles spread. WIRRAL OPEN STUDIO TOUR 2024
Take a peek at where the magic happens as artists throw open their doors for a weekend of creativity and colour. The annual open weekend gives visitors a chance to access creative spaces not usually open to the public, chat to artists about their processes, and view their work in the environment in which it is created. FOREST LIVE
This outdoor live music series is presented by Forestry England. CLASSIC IBIZA
Following last year’s debut event at Tatton Park, the concert’s organisers have announced they will be returning, with their 32-piece Urban Soul Orchestra, conducted by Stephen Hussey. Nearly 60,000 people partied to the Classic Ibiza vibe in 2023, with USO performing house classics to audiences up and down the country. BRIT FEST CHESHIRE
This festival boasts a line-up of homegrown artists, alongside a celebration of British culture, the arts, fashion, food and drink, and classic cars.
