Get ready to laugh, boo and hiss, and cheer on your favourite childhood heroes in the array of pantomimes coming to Surrey theatres this Christmas

Cinderella - 7 December to 6 January

Yvonne Arnaud Theatre, Guildford

Singer and former Eastenders star, Michelle Gayle, stars as the Fairy Godmother in Cinderella at the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre. Joining her will be cabaret performer Kit Hesketh-Harvey, as Dandini, Jamie Brook as Buttons and Eagle Radio’s Peter Gordon and Nick Barclay as the Ugly Sisters.


Peter Pan and the Loose Boys - 29 November to 5 January

The Guildford Fringe Theatre Company returns to The Star Inn with its adult panto, Peter Pan and the Loose Boys. Chris Towndrow is back in the writing seat for the fifth consecutive year and the show promises cross-dressing, swordplay, a crazy plot twist or three and plenty of song and dance numbers.


Cinderella - 7 December to 6 January

New Victoria Theatre, Woking

Craig Revel Horwood will be swapping the Strictly dance floor for the panto stage in another Surrey production of Cinderella. Staying true to his TV baddie persona, Craig will be donning heels to play one of panto’s biggest villains, the Wicked Stepmother. Craig comes to Woking having recently reprised his role as Miss Hannigan in Annie at the Piccadilly Theatre in London.


Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs - 7 December to 31 January

Harlequin Theatre, Redhill

Former MP turned reality TV star, Ann Widdecombe headlines Harlequin Theatre’s production of Snow White as the Wicked Queen alongside Britain’s Got Talent winner, Jai McDowall, as the handsome Prince. They are joined by Redhill regulars Neil Wheatley, Simon Bashford and Abigail Welford.


Peter Pan - 8 December to 6 January

Richmond Theatre

Award-winning actor of stage and screen, Robert Lindsay will make his pantomime debut as Captain Hook in Peter Pan in Richmond. Robert will be joined by Britain’s Got Talent star, Jon Clegg as Smee, West End performer and Les Misérables star, Rachel Stanley, and Harry Francis – who previously starred in The Book of Mormon.
