- Salomons Estate

Just a two-minute walk away from this historic country house in Southborough is a charming cottage, previously home to the keeper of the estate. With three bedrooms and a private courtyard, it makes the perfect bridal suite for weddings at Salomons Estate. Set in the woodlands surrounding the mansion, the bride and her party can enjoy a morning of luxury in this secret hideaway. - Hythe Imperial

The Hythe Imperial, with its spectacular seafront setting, offers a perfect wedding location and its secret garden gazebo uses the grand facade as a fine backdrop for your wedding photos. The grand Imperial Ballroom is perfect for receptions, with its far-reaching views over the English Channel. This autumn, anyone booking a Sunday package will receive 10 complimentary rooms to complement their arrangements; this is also available with any wedding booked in January or February. And if you book your wedding for October 2020 to December 2020, you pay 2019 prices, or book for 2021 and pay 2020 prices. These offers apply to the first 10 bookings only.

- London Golf Club

On the North Downs, near Brands Hatch, London Golf Club, is set in the heart of 700 acres. Its clubhouse is approached from the gatehouse by a mile-long driveway and guests enter via the oak-beamed Great Hall before proceeding to the Long Bar for drinks and canapés. With views across the lakes and manicured fairways from the patio and terrace area, this backdrop overlooking the hotel's two Championship Golf Courses is a must for group photographs. There is parking available for up to 230 cars and use of a designated helipad if required.

- The BarnYard

Surrounded by 150 acres of rolling hills, woodland and orchards, The BarnYard at Upchurch offers a barn conversion that's popular for twilight wedding ceremonies, as well as a permanent marquee for receptions for up to 300 guests.

A dog-friendly venue, recent improvements include extensive landscaping upgrades all around the marquee, with a new bridal/guest entranceway and two new outside white wedding ceremony gazebos, enabling a choice of three outside ceremony areas.

- Hever Castle

Whether it's the stately grandeur of the castle itself, the country house atmosphere of the Astor Wing or the lakeside setting of the Guthrie Pavilion, Hever Castle can cater for intimate gatherings, exuberant parties and outdoor weddings. Couples who attend the Wedding Showcase on 13 October from 12 to 4pm can wander at their leisure around the facilities, meet the team who will be on hand to discuss requirements and answer questions. Cocktails, fizz and hot refreshments will be served throughout the event by the castle's award-winning caterers Leith's. - Eastwell Manor

Located in the heart of the Kent countryside yet conveniently close to Ashford, Eastwell Manor, Champneys Hotel & Spa boasts at its heart an elegant manor house set in 3,000 acres of manicured grounds that was originally built more than 450 years ago. It offers a dedicated team of wedding planners to make sure everything runs to plan and with a licence for civil marriage ceremonies, wedding facilities include three oak-panelled reception rooms and an Italian garden gazebo in the garden.

- The Blazing Donkey

The first property in Kent to be licensed for outdoor marriages in the late 1990s, more than 1,500 couples have married at family run The Blazing Donkey in Ham, near Sandwich. The rural wedding venue hosts around 100 celebrations a year and offers bespoke wedding packages from £4,950 for 50 guests. Your ceremony can take place in the garden, barn or marquee marriage room and there are 22 guest rooms, including a four-poster room. In 2018, The Blazing Donkey was awarded Kent Countryside Hotel of the Year.

- Tonbridge School

Set within a magnificent 150-acre site, with beautiful gardens and attractive buildings, Tonbridge School offers a wide choice of contemporary and traditional wedding venues catering for 40 up to 300 guests. Choose from a range of menu packages or a bespoke menu can be created specifically suited to individual requirements. An experienced events team will guide couples through every step of the wedding planning process and will be with you on the day to ensure everything runs perfectly. The renowned school is located at the northern, historic end of the attractive market town of Tonbridge, with great road and rail links, ample on-site parking and close to hotels and guest houses.

- Chilston Park

Grade I-listed Chilston Park in Lenham has opened its latest wedding venue space., the hand-carved wooden Gazebo, which means country house hotel is now fully licensed for outdoor civil ceremonies and receptions. Alternatively, the contemporary Orangery holds up to 90 guests, as does Culpepers, which overlooks the lawns and lake. Accessed by glass walkway, the Fitzhammond suite can hold up to 120 guests within a formal setting, or choose the Coach House and Grade I-listed stables, which hold up to 100 guests.

There will be a wedding fair here on 13 October and 24 November.

- Winters Barns

This lovely barn dating from 1660 is steeped in history yet just a stone's throw from nearby Canterbury's amenities. Offering both all-inclusive packages and bespoke weddings, your ceremony can be held inside the barn under a canopy of fairy lights or outside under the Cart Barn in the pretty courtyard garden with its wooden bridge crossing the pond.

You will have use of the Salon and Pump Room to get ready and there is a separate cottage for the happy couple to stay. Wedding Open Day, 1 December, 11am-3pm. Note that 2022 pricing will be released at the Autumn Open Day.
