We do not need to re-open as we are already open! Moulsham home is a small care home in the centre of Chelmsford. We have a trading record that spans over 40 years. The home is located within walking distance of the train, bus station and town centre.

What safety measures will be in place to welcome your customers back?

We have stringent infection control measures which will continue into the foreseeable future. The care home has been operational throughout the pandemic and will continue 24/7. We currently have ensuite residential vacancies available.

Have you made adjustments to your business and will your business be shaped differently in the future?

Adjustments have been made to enhance the infection control measures and the home has had no covid 19 cases. We would like to thank everyone for their kind letters, visor donations, home made cakes and cards from the local junior school. They were all gratefully received and we will never forget your kindess and thoughts for us at the care home.

The requirement during lockdown to work remotely in solving our clients’ connectivity and technical issues has led to the team working smarter.
