The technology law practice establishes new offices following expansion

Anderson Law LLP, an intellectual property firm providing legal advice to businesses and research communities, has established new offices at Howbery Business Park

The technology law practice has recently expanded, taking on two new partners, Stephen Brett and AnnMarie Humphries, bringing its number of partners to five. The firm specialises in IP and commercial contracts in the life sciences, IT, engineering, NHS and gaming sectors.

Much of Anderson Law's recent work involves assisting universities and technology-based companies, in the UK and overseas, with the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements where IP is important. One large project recently completed for government agency, Enterprise Ireland, has produced template agreements designed to be used by Irish universities and industry.

Mark Anderson, founder and Managing Partner of Anderson Law LLP, said: "Our new offices give us space to grow and to develop our firm to the next stage, and they are consistent with our vision of offering excellent legal services in a different environment to that of our competitors."
