The innovative and expanding Cheltenham based legal company Converse Law have welcomed Samantha Johnson and Scott Rowe to the team

Converse Law is expanding its breadth of commercial legal services with the additions of Samantha Johnson and Scott Rowe as its first employment and commercial litigation partners.

Before joining Converse Law, Sam spent over 14 years in-house for a leading legal expenses insurance company, and has advised business owners, HR directors and other senior level executives on a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Sam provides invaluable support and advice to all manner of businesses ranging from SMEs to larger organisations.

Scott was previously a partner at BPE followed by a spell at Temple Bright in Bristol, specialising in Dispute Resolution. He brings a wealth of expertise covering commercial litigation which includes: partnership disputes, agency claims, professional negligence, company/shareholder disputes, warranty claims, claims for injunctive relief, insolvency and high value debt recovery.

With clients based in and outside the UK, Scott works with businesses ranging from SME’s to FTSE 250, PLC’s, and AIM listed companies, banks and financial institutions. Scott’s straightforward and unfussy approach allows him to give pragmatic advice to his clients throughout the legal process, enabling them to make well-informed decisions.
