With a fantastic line up of its innovative members, including MagGrow, RuRALink, RegenFarms and Glas Data, the Farm491 stand (746) will be bursting with critical knowledge on how AgriTech can make a positive impact on the sustainability of British farming. Whether visitors with an interest in technology are looking to connect with mentors, advisors, industry experts or find a base to launch their business, the Farm491 team will be on hand to offer support. As one of the UK's emerging AgriTech hubs, Farm491 offers a platform for pioneers to test, research and ultimately launch a technological solution. With its plethora of support; incubation spaces, industry partners, academia and close connection with the Royal Agricultural University - plus its Inspiring AgriTech Innovation Programme which facilitates SME's on the launch of new propositions, the hub is a community of innovation and collaboration, helping businesses of all sizes to succeed.
Developed with input from its farmer and exhibitor advisory boards, the Cereals event is designed to fulfill the needs of progressive farmers, providing the most up-to-date information to help develop businesses. Throughout the day, visitors can expect to visit the AHDB Cereals Theatre, New Innovation & Tech Theatre and Conservation Agriculture Theatre, plus experience drone sprayer demonstrations, the NIAB Soil Pit and even get the opportunity to test drive new machinery in a dedicated 'Ride & Drive' zone.
The event offers a fantastic opportunity for the thinkers, innovators and those actively working the land to meet colleagues, prospects, suppliers and to do vital business. From robots to genetics, visitors have chance to gain insight into the future of farming - and technology has a fundamental role to play in this. Nearly 20,000 attendees visit Cereals to experience the exhaustive product range on display including crop plots, sprays & sprayers, tilling, sowing, planting, crop protection, irrigation, harvesting, equipment, sustainable development, renewable energy, plus tech and software.
Verity Payne, Farm491 Centre & Events Manager, commented; "AgriTech needs to be something that all farmers can access, no matter how many acres they are farming. AgriTech is and will continue to play an important role in helping UK farmers reduce costs and improve efficiency. The Cereals Event is the leading technical event for arable farming, and we're excited to have a presence. Please join us at stand 229 to meet our members and learn how Farm491 can help your AgriTech proposition become a reality."
