International business psychologist, Peter Milligan, to discuss thriving in times of change

With the early bird deadline extended to May 20, there’s still time to grab a discount on your ticket to the Growing Gloucestershire Conference and hear from award winning business psychologist, Peter Milligan. Peter will be highlighting five essential keys to thriving in times of change.

Conference chairman, Jonathan Nicholls, says: “In the 16th event in the Growing Gloucestershire Conference series, we are focussing on the Fourth Industrial Revolution; the concept of combining digital, biological and physical systems. Peter is an excellent speaker to complement this topic, as he discusses how to ensure your success through changing times.

“The conference will discuss what the Fourth Industrial Revolution is, how it will affect businesses in the county, and how to take advantages of the opportunities it offers. Peter’s talk will be instrumental in preparing for this, and he certainly has a lot to offer attendees.”

Peter added: “Change can be exciting and terrifying all at the same time. Those who can manage their mindset and emotions effectively will always be ahead of the game. More than ever before, the psychology of fast adaptation is crucial to personal and business success.”

The event, organised by Gloucestershire Professionals, will take place at The Growth Hub and offers a fantastic opportunity for business people in the county to network and gain insight into the future of industry in the region.

Early bird tickets are available until May 20, and the conference will take place on June 20 2018 at The Growth Hub and University of Gloucestershire’s Oxstalls Campus in Gloucester.

Jonathan continues: “This conference really is an incredible opportunity for professionals in Gloucestershire to come together and learn more about the Fourth Industrial Revolution and make sure they have the skills needed to thrive in the coming years.”

The conference in 2018 is being organised by CIMA, CIPD, CMI and the FSB – part of Gloucestershire Professionals.

Any organisations wishing to sponsor or take a stand at the event should get in touch.
