Over the past few months, Paish Tooth, the Cheltenham-based accountancy firm, have appointed three new members of staff and promoted an existing member of the team to help support the growing needs of their clients.

Most recently they've been delighted to welcome Charlotte Mabbott-Quartley, who joins the firm as Client Relationship Manager. Charlotte, who has over 10 years' experience in accountancy, takes over from Kristel Naughton who left Paish Tooth in August. Charlotte joins Paish Tooth from Randall & Payne Accountants where she's worked for the past three years. Prior to this she held positions in industry and at Hazlewoods Accountants.

Charlotte's appointment follows on from that of two new apprentices. In April, Emily Gammon joined the PT team following a previous role at Harbour Key Accountants. She recently obtained her AAT Level 3 qualification, and is now studying for her AAT Level 4. Luke Durrant started at Paish Tooth in September, and is currently studying for his AAT Level 3 at Gloucestershire College.

Meanwhile, Nuala Beardsall, who has worked at Paish Tooth for over five years in the role of Marketing Manager, has recently been promoted to Practice Manager. Nuala will continue to be responsible for all things marketing, but will now have a broader remit to help manage the smooth running of the business.

Patrick Cooper, Director of Paish Tooth, said: "We've been delighted to welcome Charlotte, Emily and Luke onto the team. Their appointments reinforce our commitment to provide the best support for our clients and to maintain the excellent personal service which we strive for."

Patrick continued; "I'm pleased that Nuala has taken on the wider role of Practice Manager, which will allow her to play a significant part in the day to day management of the business and ensure that as a team we are well positioned to deliver the best service possible."

These staff changes reflect Paish Tooth's pledge to grow and develop their internal talent, and to ensure that their clients continue to receive valuable support and practical advice matching their individual needs.
