Cotswold based technology provider, VMQ Technologies, has recently unveiled an innovative, cloud-based contact centre platform that could cut call centre costs for businesses across the globe.
The software, ‘QueueBlade’, is a fully hosted customer interaction management suite that enables businesses to run a contact centre from any location through its simple web interface. Providing the same integral features and functionality as traditional call centre platforms, this new system offers several key differences that promise to improve the productivity of customer care, sales and marketing teams.
The launch of QueueBlade follows the launch of its successful telecommunications platform, VoiceBlade.
Fraz Rees, Managing Director of VMQ Technologies, commented: “QueueBlade gives businesses everything they need to run a contact centre anywhere in the world at any time – that’s what makes our system so unique. We designed QueueBlade with flexibility and simplicity in mind. Running call centres can be a challenge, and we saw a big gap in the market for a system that would make life easier and allow businesses to respond to their customers faster and easier.”
The brand-new system combines the capabilities of a telecoms switch to manage inbound and outbound calls and call delivery, as well as complex call-routing plans and comprehensive call recording. It also incorporates a variety of web-based management opportunities, allowing supervisors to monitor their agents, call levels and call statistics.
Without any infrastructure investment required, VMQ Technologies has made its new software available at a fraction of the cost compared to market-leading competitors and can be installed in less than one day.
Fraz added: “We’ve been working on our new software for a number of months now and are proud to have developed a platform that will benefit and enhance call centres all over the world.”
Established in 2015, VMQ Technologies has become, in a short time, one of the UK’s leading tech firms within the telecommunications space.
